Jeremiah creates his code by hand and rigorously tests it in different browsers. With 6 years of professional industry experience behind him, he takes development seriously. He is invested in the community, keeps up with the latest technologies and isn't afraid to scale down when necessary. His philosophy is that ultimately, we should be creating things today that'll function well tomorrow.

He has extensive experience in coding: actionscript(Flash), javascript & xhtml(AJAX), php, html, xml, and css. He's proficient in these Frameworks: jquery, mootools, prototype / script.aculo.us

Seven's bookshelf is full of books on human interaction, color theory, and design. "This means little to a customer," she says, "but it's part of what gets results. It means a lot to me." For the last 6 years she's been studying all forms of design from industrial to web, giving her a broader perspective on visual communication. This discipline is present in every project.

"People know what they like, even if they don't understand what compels them to like it. I like to tap into that."

She has a wide range of experience for print & web, relying heavily on user interaction. She is proficient at producing work in vector, pixel, ink, fabric, and paper, not only with training in the various tools and materials, but with an understanding of the different roles of the respective media.

Interests: Art, reading, writing, architecture, design, American roots music, the internet.

Dot secretly enjoys finding errors in print publications as a hobby, so copyediting seemed an inevitable career choice. A Bachelor's degree in fiction, field experience as a journalist and a strong background in psychology have given her the array of skills required to represent her team effectively.
